A 9.5 mile trail that goes along the lakeshore to the Petersburg camping area. It is technical in some areas but mostly for novice-intermediate riders. I have been riding fior 10 years and use it for speed work. You can easily get an average speed of 10-11 mph.
Take Washington rd out of Augusta to Pollards Corner take a left towards the lake and proceed about 6 mi to West Dam picnic area. Turn left into the park. The trail head is on the left
